Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via debit card and credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery Schedule Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in within seven days, unless an item is out of stock and is backordered.

Back Orders Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy A full refund or an exchange of equal value if preferred, is guaranteed for customers returning unopened products within 28 days of purchase or delivery. All products must be returned in a saleable condition.

Products must be returned with all components (instruction booklets, remote control etc.)

Refunds will not include the postage or shipping cost of returning an item.
